Orbit Office LLC ("Orbit Office," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI receptionist service that answers calls, books appointments, and provides estimates on behalf of our Customers' businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you interact with our Services, our website, or receive a call or text message handled by our AI receptionist on behalf of a Customer.
From Customers (businesses using our Services): business name, contact information, payment information, business hours, services offered, pricing and estimate information, scheduling availability, and call-handling instructions.
From callers and SMS recipients (your customers): name, phone number, the content of calls and messages (including any information callers provide, such as addresses, project details, or appointment preferences), and call/message metadata such as date, time, and duration.
Automatically: device and network information, IP address, browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies on our website.
Orbit Office sends Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messages on behalf of our Customers via carrier networks (A2P 10DLC). SMS messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, estimates, and service follow-ups. We do not send SMS marketing messages to recipients who have not opted in.
Consent: Customers are responsible for obtaining prior express written consent from each recipient before SMS messages are sent. Consent records are maintained by the Customer.
Opt out: Recipients may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Upon opt-out, we will cease sending further SMS messages to that number. Recipients may reply "HELP" for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Frequency: The number of messages a recipient receives depends on their interaction with the Customer's business (e.g., appointment scheduling). We do not send recurring promotional messages without consent.
Sharing: We do not sell SMS recipient data. SMS content and recipient phone numbers are shared only with the Customer whose business the message relates to, and with carrier networks and service providers necessary to deliver the message.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Callers and SMS recipients may direct opt-out or data requests to the Customer whose business contacted them, or to Orbit Office using the contact information on our website.
