These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI receptionist, call-answering, appointment-booking, and estimate-providing services (the "Services") provided by Orbit Office LLC ("Orbit Office," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our Services, scheduling a consultation, or permitting us to act on behalf of your business, you ("you," "your," or "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Orbit Office provides an AI-powered receptionist that answers inbound telephone calls on behalf of your business, books appointments, and provides estimates to callers. Services are offered on a subscription basis at a rate of less than $10 per day, subject to the plan selected at signup. Specific features, call volume allowances, and integrations depend on the plan purchased.
As part of the Services, Orbit Office may send Application-to-Person (A2P) text messages (SMS) to your customers and prospects on your behalf, including appointment reminders, confirmations, estimates, and follow-ups. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP." Upon receiving an opt-out, Orbit Office will cease sending messages to that recipient. For help, recipients may reply "HELP." Message and data rates may apply. SMS messaging is not guaranteed to be delivered and is dependent on carrier networks.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing, scheduling availability, and service-area details you provide to Orbit Office. You are responsible for ensuring that any information relayed to callers (including estimates) is accurate and current. You must promptly notify us of changes to business hours, services offered, pricing, or staff availability.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Overages, additional call volume, or premium integrations may incur additional charges as described in your plan. You authorize Orbit Office to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice subject to the notice period in your plan. Upon termination, Orbit Office will cease answering calls and sending SMS messages on your behalf. Outstanding fees remain due and payable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services immediately for material breach, including misuse of SMS messaging or violation of carrier or consent rules.
Orbit Office retains all rights, title, and interest in the AI technology, software, branding, and processes used to deliver the Services. You retain ownership of your business information, customer data, and contact lists. You grant Orbit Office a limited license to use your business name, branding, and information solely as necessary to deliver the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Orbit Office is not a substitute for human judgment and does not guarantee any particular business outcome, including the number of leads converted, appointments booked, or estimates accepted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Office's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Orbit Office is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orbit Office LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, fines, or regulatory actions arising out of (a) your failure to obtain proper SMS consent, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines, carrier A2P 10DLC campaign registration requirements, and any applicable state or federal consumer-protection laws. Orbit Office reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any campaign that it believes, in good faith, violates applicable law or carrier rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active Customers. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
